Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). ICHŌ products are currently not subject to VAT. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Founding customer pricing, where applicable, is valid for the stated period and product only.

Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion - for example, in the case of a pricing error or stock issue. Where an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store card details.

Shipping and Delivery

We despatch orders within the timelines stated on our website. Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including postal disruption or customs processing for international orders.
