Subscription & Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer products for pre-order before they become available for immediate dispatch.

When placing a pre-order, you will be charged in full at checkout or asked to provide payment details for a future charge once the product is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, our standard Returns Policy applies.

If there are any significant changes to the expected dispatch date, we will notify you by email.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you have chosen to pay in advance.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Any changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
