The Protocol
Skin after 40
doesn't need more.
It needs the right support, used consistently, with time to work. Two products. One protocol.
The Principle
Skin works in cycles.
Skin completes a full renewal cycle roughly every 30 to 45 days, and as we age that cycle slows. Real change shows after 30 days of consistent use, not overnight.
No overnight promise. No seven-day miracle. Two products, used the same way each day, giving your skin steady support while it works through its own renewal.
Use it daily for 30 days. Then judge it.
Step One · By Day
Continuity Complex
Barrier Recovery Cream
If your skin feels hydrated when you apply skincare but tight an hour later, the answer lies in your barrier.
After 40, skin makes fewer of the lipids that hold moisture in. Continuity Complex replaces them.
Ceramide, Squalane, Argan and Grapeseed restore the lipids and fatty acids your barrier has lost, delivered in a lamellar structure that mirrors your own skin so they settle in rather than sit on top. Bakuchiol supports renewal, while Sea Buckthorn and Dragon's Blood defend against daily stress.
The result: skin that holds onto moisture and stays comfortable through the day.
Step Two · By Night
Resilience Complex
Treatment
Your skin does most of its repair overnight, and after 40 that process slows.
Resilience Complex gives it more to work with.
Two fermented complexes, broken into smaller compounds and carried by phospholipids, reach deeper into the skin. Pea Peptide supports firmness and strength over time, Babassu, Camellia and Jojoba replace the lipids skin makes less of, and Irish Moss and Glycerine hold water where skin needs it.
The result: skin that recovers more fully each night and feels more like itself over time.
The Method
The same two steps, every day.
Morning
Continuity Complex
Smoothed over clean skin to support the barrier through the day.
Evening
Resilience Complex
Applied to clean skin at night, while your skin does its repair.
Two products, used the same way, given the time skin needs.
What To Avoid
While your skin recovers.
Renewal takes a full cycle, and a recovering barrier responds best to consistency. While following the protocol, try to reduce anything that interrupts that process.
Harsh exfoliation
Physical scrubs and frequent exfoliating acids can strip away the barrier you are working to rebuild. Give your skin a break while recovery is underway.
Stacked strong actives
High-strength retinoids and multiple acids can work against recovery. For now, let the protocol do its work without competing products.
Hot water and over-cleansing
Both can remove the lipids your skin depends on to hold moisture. Keep cleansing gentle and water warm rather than hot.
Constant switching
Renewal takes time. Changing products every week often resets the process before skin has had the opportunity to respond.
The goal is not to do more. It's to create the conditions that allow your skin to recover, rebuild and become more resilient over time.
