Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@ichoskin.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging where possible

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return an item within 7 days of delivery provided that:

• The product is unopened and unused
• The original packaging remains intact
• The security seal has not been broken, removed or tampered with

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@ichoskin.com before returning your item.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 working days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For hygiene, health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any skincare product where the seal has been broken, removed or tampered with, or where the product has been opened, used or altered in any way.


Skin Compatibility

Every skin is unique, and individual responses to skincare products can vary.

We strongly recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before purchasing, particularly if you have known sensitivities or allergies.

As we cannot control how products are stored, applied or combined with other products, we are unable to offer refunds for individual skin reactions or sensitivity to ingredients.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery carrier.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ICHŌ cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. However, we will always do our best to assist in resolving any delivery issues.
